Prof. Young-Jun Yu received his Ph.D. in Physics at Seoul National University in 2006. He was a postdoctoral research scientist in Physics at Columbia University during 2008-2011. He was a senior research scientist in Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) during 2012-2017. He joined at Chungnam National University in 2017. The research area of Yu research group is the demonstration, characterization and application of the electrical and optical devices of low-dimensional nanoscale materials.
